ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED WITHIN 48 HOURS AFTER RECEIPT, PROVIDING MERCHANDISE IS IN STOCK. If merchandise is not in stock, please allow at least 3 weeks for shipping. WE DO NOT BACK ORDER., unless requested by the customer.
US DOMESTIC SHIPPING FEES:
Domestic shipping fees are calculated at the time of ordering and included in the price, except for large orders, which may require additional shipping fees. Please note that a package measuring over 84” in length and girth combined and weighing less than 30 lbs. is considered oversized by UPS. UPS will then charge for the 30 lbs (DIMENSIONAL WEIGHT). This applies especially when ordering quantities of rifle cases and saddle bags. Larger packages may be billed at a dimensional weight of 70 lbs. Typical retail orders are not affected by these considerations, but if you want to buy larger quantities from us you should contact us about special shipping rates and arrangements.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Contact us to make arrangements for international shipping. International shipping fees are not covered by the domestic shipping table rates used in our shopping cart.
SPECIAL ORDERS
ALL SPECIAL ORDERS ARE A FINAL SALE and are not eligible for exchange, return or credit. Note that gun holsters and gun belts made to your specific measurements are special orders.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted within 30 days for defects in manufacturing, shipping damage, or incorrectly filled orders; at our discretion, returns may be accepted for other reasons. Items returned must be in the original packaging and in the same condition in which they arrived. The customer assumes the cost of shipping for returns, but may be reimbursed for shipping at our discretion. The value of items returned may be refunded or the items may be exchanged, or store credit provided, depending on individual circumstances, again at our discretion. We want satisfied customers, so we will never knowingly sell damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, and we will always do our best to correct any mistakes we make. |
